Question.... I picked up a 2002 harness and a 2000 motor apparently or at least the throttle body is. Everything seems to plug in just fine except for the map sensor. The sensor on the throttle body is a round 3 pin and the plug is a flat 3 pin. Can i just swap the plug out keeping the wires in the same order even though they are all completely different colors?

Guessing Tim quit taking your calls after he took your money?..

You can buy the pigtails on ebay.
Luckily the guy i got the motor from gave me a hacked up harness that had the right pigtail. So by the looks of it i will just need to swap the wires in the 2 and 3 location and solder them back together.

The pins are different, so you will have to cut the wires.  Yes, swap 2/3.

So, going to help a friend later in the week and wanted to ask, anybody ever flip the intake and then use a factory power steering pump? Do you have to just do a remote mount location?

It looks like you can cut the lower section of the egr tube off the manifold and the pump would fit in factory location.

Yes, I am running the stock power steering pump with flipped intake. The previous owner had the fittings welded on. I am running a Charlynn unit and the stock pump wasn't delivering enough volume so I  drilled  out the pressure side hole to 5/32 and made a world of difference.

Is that manifold flipped? I thought if you did that the TB would be facing towards the back of the car.

I think it will work cutting the lower portion of the egr tube off. May have an issue with the hoses clearing and looks like the spacer will be necessary, which I'm not a fan of that look.

What’s a stock computer modified for rail use worth? I have one and want to sell it.
