Looking almost complete. When is this bad boy firing up for the first time?
We are very close. Probably a hard week for both of us so another 100 hours maybe. Although that is now getting spread out among other things. Need to do an order from Fragola for my PTFE line fittings. Brake lines need made. Airbag lines need run and hooked up. There is still some wiring to complete. Trans and engine cooler lines. Hook up the intercooler tubes. Those bottom door panels I cut and installed from todays pics have a gap so I will need to make some sort of spacer and then drill and tap for more screws at the bottom.

We have a ton of the red and blue fragola fittings left over. I'm thinking for my engine cooler and trans cooler lines just running regular braided hose versus PTFE. Then take these fittings and soak them with easy off of and cleaner to remove the anodized. Then paint them flat black. Save a few bucks here at the end because the budget is absurdly blown at this point.

Warranty now completely voided. That was fun trying to drill straight through to the other hole. Ended up making a second set of plates trying to get just a little bit more. Also notched the floor a little bit. Wasn't able to lower the pedal very much but I was able to change the angle quite a bit so now the plunger in the master goes very close to the 1.4 in Wilwood said they want. So now I need a return spring, brake light switch, and probably some sort of footrest box.

Didn't quite finish today and I will have to weld it in place tomorrow. Originally I was going to try figure out some sort of paint where I cut the bottom of the doors out and also the side of the inner fender wells. I'm loving the rusty patina on the bare steel overtime. You can really see the difference of my shiny clean pedal box versus that nice Brown patina. So a lot of this bare steel I will just leave open and then down the road Carpet the interior myself. Even then some of the steel will stay exposed.

Since you haven't plumbed it yet...

How about an old school pressure switch for the brake lights?

The black mirrors look great. 👍🏼

That ended up being quite a project. I think it will work.
