The Mint 400 was a 4 lap race.   I think he did complete 4 laps just not before he timed out. 

Weird that it shows RG 11th in class and not a DNF.   

Good news is the new transmission held up.  Bad news is they found new issues.

Yep.  You won't need anything to race was how it was advertised...

But these hand-built racecar versions are nowhere near as fast as the other cars when it's running.

So, only 4 min slower than a stock VW suspension geometry vehicle running torsion bars/leaves with a 1600DP when it's up and running. :biggrin:

I was reading that they can't go past a 100mph or they lose belts.. what kind of top speeds are the other UTVs running

I know Chris Blais in his X3 hit 105mph in a race. I have seen several other X3 drivers hitting over 100.   The Pro R is probably in that range a well.  Has to be super sketchy going 100mph in any UTV.   

I remember doing over 90mph on dry lake bed in my old X3. I think it hit 93 or 94mph.  New X3 has the speed governor on it.  It taps out in the high 80s.  

I wonder what tune RG and Max are running in their cars.   I wonder if it is a race gas tune or E85 300hp tune.  I doubt they are running a pump gas tune.
