Buy chEFFs old house

Heard from my agent today. They want to put off closing until Tuesday. The lender isn't financing the additional $35k above the appraised value. The buyer wanted it financed. A Misunderstanding is the report from their camp. It's not a done deal until it's a done deal. Peace

It didn't happen today. Everyone is frustrated including the buyer, seller, title company, everyone except.............maybe the CA Mortgage Company doing the funding? So many documents were signed today. If the Docs aren't correct, the Mortgage company can't sell the Mortgage after the close so..........................? With the 2hr difference in time (not saying thats an excuse) but.......We sat in limbo all day waiting on the call to go. DocuSign owns us these days. Missed a lot of prep time for Glamis. I didn't want to go in smelling like filter oil and radiator fluid. Should have done it anyway since it didn't happen. They offered DocuSign tomorrow for an additional; $800.00. NOPE. We'll wait. Wife has plans tomorrow until 1:00. Instead, tonight, we went to the local Mexican restaurant Esparzas and had an Appetizer / Margarita / Dos Equis Beer and called it a night. Until the first pitch of course. Oh BTW......we're trying to strangle those DiamondBacks in this World Series of Baseball. . I've never liked Rattlesnakes! Who does?  Peace

Great series so far. Should go 6 or 7, One of us will be smiling at the Sunset hill the other not so much..
