We're supposed to close OCT 30th. The buyers mentioned the tree laying on the putting green. I told them I'd get it handled. Since my neighbor had NO REPLY, I cut that down this morning. Dragged it out to the street. In front of HIS HOUSE. The city comes by every Wednesday and picks up Big Debris like this. When I finished doing all the other CHECK LIST items I was Backing out of the driveway and Paul was out front examining HIS TREE out front. His reply to me..................." I don't mind that you put that there, But, I want you to push it further into my yard. If I get a citation for blocking the right of way, (which it is not) I'm giving YOU the citation". I said, It's YOUR TREE. Appreciate you offering to help. He said, you didn't ask for help. My Reply............If you sent me a picture of my tree laying in your back yard, I would have been over there to handle it. No offer needed. I just laughed and said, OK Paul, I'll push it closer to your house. Which I will Not. Nobody drives down that street. No citation in the 36 years I've been living there was ever written. I think it's funny about next door neighbors. He's been mine since 1998. Know the show "FEAR THY NEIGHBOR?" Well, I'm no longer your neighbor. Peace

So, Monday Oct 30th scheduled to close. 10:00am. The future owners will do their final walk thru tomorrow. Went over to the house and cleaned the pool, blew off every leaf on the driveway, putting green, garage mahal, back patio, walk way to the front door, everything. YES, with a GAS blower! I don't recall doing this much work when I lived there. Place looks great. Dang chEFF, where was the effort when you lived there? Peace

 
Final walk thru happened this morning. Got a call from my Agent. The brand-new dish washer isn't installed correctly. Apparently it's not screwed in?  Where are the remotes to all the TV's and there is a leak upstairs near a plug. I know where all the remotes are. I left the entire house system in place for them. A nice $30k system BTW.

He says.......Can you check into that leak? My Reply.......................NO! We're supposed to close Monday Morning at 10:00am. This house was built in 1984. It's been raining since Wednesday. Got 12" of rain so far. The Dream Home has leaks somewhere in it. Water goes where water goes! I've done everything they've asked of me. Buy it or Don't. That's my attitude. But, they're from CA! Yes, I said it. They're from CALIFORNIA. We call it Rain. Lot's of it. And It's only just begun! Eventually you have to say................................."Take it or Leave It" Peace

 
go take one last Dump in the toilet for old times sakes and dont turn the fan on
