The lady Joe they call her was at the house before we got back from closing, She's so pumped to be moving in. Her son who bought the house won't be there until Thanksgiving. I took over the remotes to the gates / garage doors. She was amazed that one remote could open three different doors. I thought, what rock did you come out from under. Peace

We called the title company this morning to check on the wire. They said it's going out this morning. They just called us back and said the wire came back because there was NO NAME on the ACCT. Are You EFFN kidding me?! I handed this lady a check and she got all the info off of the check. She forgot to put our names on the wire. Nothing on this sale has been smooth. Except for shutting off the water / power! Well, back to loading up! Peace

Thanks Y'ALL. The Sale made this Load Day so much more relaxing. @ROBERT L called this morning to congratulate us on the sale. Told him I just got home and was preparing to start Loading the trailer. Asked him "What is the first thing I'm going to do?" His answer..........."Grab a Beer" I literally was 10' from the fridge doing that exact thing! I think he has cameras in my house. I'll give him some Reality TV. Hold my beer and watch this. Peace

 
Congratulations!!! We’ve bought and sold so many damn houses the last 25 years, nothing surprises me anymore. 
I even facilitated a few of them acting as our realtor pushing paper between buyers and title company. It was a nightmare and I discovered that nobody in any of those industries does anything until the last min. 

good job staying the course.
