I can't stand employees that call in sick and put the rest of us in a bind. And he knows it but doesn't care. We don't have someone to back him up. Happens regularly too. Sorry..................rant is over. Job well done @URCLEVER Peace

Funny thing the employee came back to thank me for teh raise and for not firing him. He told me he was being forced to move and needed extra money. I told him if he needs help to just talk to me. I take care of my people...
