I think I said it last year and I’ll say it this year. Time for zero tolerance. 

 
It is freakin embarrassing what the off road community has become.  Zero respect for anything.  While I appreciate the Monday morning carnage, I am saddened to see what the future brings.

i was really bummed at the condition that alot of camps were left in. the one next to us left everything including the big BBQ. we went and cleaned up the trash but didnt have a way to get the BBQ out. at the hill watched a group infront of us throw their beer cans on the ground and grab another out the chest. sad to say but they are all the same type of people, you know the ones that play the music we cant stand till 4 am, all wearing fox riding jerseys. not saying all of that group are like that but you cant deny that alot of issues we are having have been getting worse since that group started coming out in large numbers. reading the comments on some other posts alot of people feel the same way. we complain about overreach from the rangers but after this weekend i would welcome a little more activy from them. alot of it is the ease of financing a SXS, but i cant knock that too much because that is how i was able to get my rzr.

I just did mapquest to there from my house and says to go past Baker to Kingston road and around!

But is the actual road closed into the dunes?

"Zero tolerance" will result in BLM/LEOs harassing and going after more "soft targets"...i.e....more harassment of good duners.   They don't want to go after the thugs or, ...I'll say it...Mexicans...because they don't want trouble.  Now don't go translating this as racist...lots of white, biller thugs and idiots of all colors and backgrounds...we just know who is causing more problems than others.

Why do we stereotypes...because groups present a common thread.  Otherwise we wouldn't stereotype.

Majority of these "Groups" have ZERO respect for cleanliness. They come from a country that sits on the most beautiful coastline in the world and it's Total Trash. I was at a fast food drive thru and these thugs threw out some trash BEFORE they cleared the 2nd window. I was pissed to say the least. It my small town of Grapevine, TX. Some of us take pride in keeping things clean. Not a racist here, just pointing out facts. I see a lot of Texans do the same. Blows me away. No Respect. Peace

100% on Holiday Weekends and Weeks. The extra staff is already there...put then to full use.

Heavy fines and IMPOUND toys, the problem will get fixed fast.

I saw the videos, pictures, etc. It sucks to see, but the problem is pretty bad with the Latino / Hispanic Community.

See a problem, go after the problem. Seems simple right?

I don't see BS Laws protecting Litter Bugs and Inconsiderate A-holes in Glamis, so why don't the LEO go after them?

Heavy fines and IMPOUND toys, the problem will get fixed fast.

:crusty: don't put us all in that category. Simply go after the rule breakers, its not hard.

Yeah the highway / road was washed out right by the area of the baby dunes. They are supposed to hopefully have it opened up in another month or so.  There were some pics posted online.

this is a super loaded question..........  IMO, anywhere near the "Camp RZR" sponsored area, hell yea.  I say as far as the whole flats area there by the store.  vendor row, flats, stage, etc.... 

should they be responsible for Olds?  no, but they really should be sending a team out there Monday or Tuesday cleaning the place up.  from the bottom to the top, the whole place. 

the Drags........ Maybe.  Im sure it was a mess as well.

i kinda feel bad lumping together one category of people, there are good people that share similar characteristics, but dont really know how else to address the problem crowd. they are a big part of the problems we are having. dont really have the trash issue at the hang out spots that require duning and a little sense of direction like swing set, china wall, and flag pole.

i think they should. with them investing so much money into things at glamis i would think they would want to help keep it clean and not give environmental people a reason to fight to close it. flats and the washes at the minimum, they are a big reason why there are more people out there. we all got the invite marketing flyer in the mail. if they are going to promote the party they should clean up the party. maybe they do and we just dont know about it,

 
        I am definitely all up in that stereotype but play no part. My whole family flies that Mexican flag proudly to which I don't understand and have constant friendly arguments and jabs about it. I am a proud American and respect the dunes more than most. If you disrespect ol' Momma G in front of me, I'll be in your face regardless of what you look like. They have learned way back since the first trip I took them there. Now I'm proud to see them correcting others. Believe me, nobody wants to be stereotyped but hey, that's life. Just know that because they are flying a different flag in this great free country, doesn't mean they are trashing the place either but you do you.
