You left out, cheaper and more reliable.

With the MoTeC monitoring EGT, head temp and O2 on an Adam Wik long block, I don’t know that is true.  Literally, the only VW part in the car is the transmission case and the only EMPI part is the oil fill tube.  

But like I said, hella expensive.
