Believe me, SD fans want him to pitch also. He is built for a 60 game season these days, Definitely a HOF pitcher, but he has been washed for a while.

Should be a lot of good October baseball this weekend !

Lol, can't blame SD fans for wishing Kershaw was out there. In his defense, in prior years, he was very often put out there on short rest and/or out of the bullpen when the Dodgers were completely out of other options. Generally, it didn't go well, nor would it have for most pitchers, even the great ones. He was the face of the franchise making the big bucks, and took on that responsibility, when plenty of guys wouldn't have. So, it shouldn't tarnish his legacy. Looking forward to this series, it couldn't possibly go worse than last year's debacle against the Diamondbacks.

Well $hit! that didnt age well, news just came out that Musgrove needs Tommy John. Weird, that the story was different yesterday. Padres are infamous for this.

Damn, have always enjoyed watching him pitch against the Dodgers. Big strong dude with clean mechanics. Baseball needs to get this constant arm injury thing figured out.

Was a super fun game to watch. Nothing like playoff baseball, everything is magnified three fold. Betts needs to start hitting, otherwise Ohtani will start getting the Bonds treatment and intentionally walked every time. Yamamoto pretty much stunk, but Dodgers slugged their way out of it. Must win tonight, or its not getting back to LA, just like two years ago.

Homefield advantage at Petco is strong given the pitching advantage the Pads have. Should be a fun couple of games.

It was the Padres fault. They kept hitting high velocity baseballs over the left field fence. It put the fans in danger, and gave them plenty of ammunition to throw back at the outfielders.
