Have you ever taken a pic with your phone looking down the belt to see where the belt rides on the primary could be an alignment issue between the primary and secondary

I have looked and the alignment appears to be decent. The belt looks to be centered on the primary bearing and not riding on one of sheave halves.
There is definitely something up with the clutches as I am not the only one killing belts in the dunes. I am going to have the dealer inspect the clutches and see if there is some defect that I can not see.

Even if not defective to the eye, it ls good to build a case as all this has to be reported back to Kawasaki. They need to know of every CVT & Belt issue as that’s what’s going to push and force a manufacturer fix.
