150PSIGet the rear wheels in the air. Loosen the spring preload ring until the springs are just loose on the shock. Tighten the preload ring until the spring compresses an inch. Measure how far down the ring is on the shock body threads and repeat this dimension on the other shock. Put the car on the ground and see if you have any droop. 30% of overall wheel travel for droop seems to be a widely agreed upon number. No droop than spring rate may be too high. Check your nitrogen pressure. Should be around 200 PSI, guessing for a King shock.
Some say twist them to shorten, figure out max and then get right size.Now you need to shorten your limit straps so you don’t exceed your CVs max angle at full droop.
