Calguns.net is a good resource...they have a national 2A forum so you can see what's going on nationally. CA laws just suck that much more.

Its all for competition purposes
Red dot on top of scope is so I can have the magnification higher and use the red dot to quickly find the target instead of adjusting the magnification on the clock, ultimately wasting time
Board on the left is to put my data for multiple targets on. That way I know all my data and ranges quickly on the clock
Black bag under the rifle is to support on hard surfaces and make the rifle more stable
Black pouch on the right it to catch the expensive brass so it doesn't eject 20' away where I can't find it
