Not sure of all but changing a federal PD isn't easy and takes 6 months when the moons aligned most of the time.

The better question is WHY is the government doing things on a credit card? Didn't say Gas card....credit card. That's 80,000 Govt Credit Cards in EACH State. Why do 80,000 people need to do stuff on Credit cards? Who has Oversight on that? Seems like that would be quite the adventure.

That’s pretty interesting. Who knows what will come of it, but it’s a step in the right direction, especially after now identifying them as terrorists. It might turn the war on drugs into an actual war.
