My guys asked if they got everything handled could we have off Monday, Tuesday is automatically paid. WE ARE AMERICANS!!! I let my people who had vacation use it for Monday if they chose to do so. And I even bought them lunch from the habit today!  GOD BLESS USA!

Crime don’t stop on holidays. Some say it gets worse. The ones scheduled to work Tuesday will be there on Tuesday. Don’t feel sorry for them. They’re getting double time and a half to be there.

Admin folks get Tuesday off and most (me included) took Monday off.

My family is in CA and my neighbors headed out of town so I'll be home alone.  I may ride my bike over the river to view the fireworks.  If not, drive to the lake.

Gave my team an option.  1/2 day Monday with a lunch BBQ. Tuesday off.  Wednesday only off if you've scheduled it 6 months in advance.  If you call out Wednesday you best have lost a finger or two......

Well. Ive got 4 call outs so far that were not scheduled.  FML

people suck when you need them!   I had one guy text "my alarm didn't go off"  I ignored the text and when he showed up 3 hours late i told him to go home and try it again tomorrow.  I hate it when guys call in and my people know that.  Plan you life people!!!
