Toy Haulers with 16' Separated Garage,

We'll be picking up a Riverstone 45BATH shortly but it still only has a 14' garage (plenty for our needs). Big plus with the Riverstone is it has a chassis made for a rig of this size and the payload to go with it. Momentum chassis is a joke at this size.

It is disappointing that they do not do a dedicated garage and only floor space with the ATC, the really stepped up the inside with real cabinet faces, but at
44 feet is just to small for most people with serious toys, mine clocks in at 47'' and most we camp with have 47-48'' momentums

The nice part about a separate garage is the living space for us stays clean at the dunes, windy days we keep the living room door locked and only use the sliding glass door from the garage like a mud room, or if i have to pull the car in when it rains, the happie jack goes up side couch goes up and the car is in,
No need to sell me on garage models, as that is our preference. ATC offered the moveable/removable garage wall on the prior series. On the 45 footer it allowed a bit over 18' of garage when mounted in the forward position. The new layouts do look like it's gone, but I am waiting for better info to develop.
If not for the cost, I'd be talking to New Horizons. In-house designed and fabricated frames, and built to last.
