Stacker build

I am not sure why folks are caught up on maximum width, as there are many ways to go around it legally or not. But I think it’s mostly lack of knowledge so thanks for helping set things straight.

Are you referring to heavier than 7k axles?

If so I just didn’t think it was necessary honestly.

I did go up to 19.5” wheels though, so I have overkill on tire capacity as that’s what fails from over loading usually.
Yes on the heavier axles. I like some wiggle room rather than being close to max. Nice call in the wheel size! That will be piece of mind.

What are they doing for paint process?
It looks to me like the painted the lower half with paint or undercoating.

In the end I will likely spray foam or do a spray on bed liner on the underside regardless.

Utah’s salty winter roads will work through any paint quickly..

Santek trailer?
They are called VWay Custom Trailers.

I have not asked him as it isnt my business, but when I first starting looking at his builds I thought they looked similar to Santeks...So I wonder if they were an employee that quit and went on their own.. just speculation though..

I saw a stacker on the freeway the other day that was rocking the same tire size as the diesel pusher (same rims as well), looked a bit odd but sure is a piece of mind.

Seen a few out there. These two pics are the same Universal Trailer.

Looks to be the one, at least with Graphics to match pusher.
Belongs to Dillon Georgian, or it may have sold beause I'm hauling his 5th wheel and two cars to/from Glamis for President's weekend.  I unloaded his 3 seat F9 Funco Tday week from that stacker and they put moving blankets down in the sand for the stacker rear door so it didn't touch the sand.

It is a Trailers Unlimited trailer I believe? I talked with Dillon about buying it before he used it or wrapped it. Very nice trailer!

With the weight of these things, bigger is better I suppose! But those 22.5's are spendy!

That makes sense that it is Dillon's, saw it right by his shop and I heard it was for sale.

They just about got the exterior fully skinned, and started doing stainless. I am doing black trims everywhere, but like the look of polished stainless so I had them run it down the sides. Also decided to do the entire back of the trailer.

The dropped skirts are going to look great I think!
