Stoked just picked up a sweet piece of land on the river only 20 min from St. Anthony's.    Hopefully use it a couple months a year soon.  Such a great central area for Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Dunes, and all the other things to do in that area.   Going to have a  Idaho build coming next year. My    Boys are going to love fishing out there back door.  2.5 build acres and 10 acres of water front to use.   Land prices are going crazy up there so figured buy a spot before all the California transplants buy it all up.   Working on the 4 year retirement plan.    Could not believe the most beautiful places you can get on the water all over Idaho.  Looks like yearly Idaho dune trips are going to happen for this guy.

That is awesome Paul.

My buddy bought 10 acres about 12 years ago in New Harmony...they built an awesome custom home and vacated CA last year.

the views they have are unreal and all their neighbors are really cool. He can get in his rzr and ride right from home.

Congratulations that is an awesome piece of property I love that area other than winter time I hate cold. St Anthony dunes are awesome would almost make me brave the cold winter months

I love Idaho and spent many weeks there growing up.  It is at the top of my places to move when I get closer to retirement.  Are you close to Bababouy?

Just talked to my boss and his Daughter and Husband are on the way there right now to start looking for exactly what you just got.

depending on where they want there are very few.   There is another lot on Henry fork but CC&R wouldn't allow RV's. also double the price.  I did see some 10 and 20 acres with big streams on them but i wanted River.  also tell him put in a offer right away you have plenty of time to pull out.

This is the river/house in Idaho that I spent a month every summer at, and also every Christmas vacation at until I was 14-15 years old.  Learning to fly fish and horseback ride in those rivers and hills were amazing, love me some Idaho.
