Off season remodel and prep

Got the frame back from powder. Powder Coating AZ did a killer job.
Offloaded this thing and got right to work first thing was to tackle the 120 Dzus springs and damn am i glad that's over. I do not like when people coat the springs with the frames so I will always pull the springs and replace them with new ones but since I did this all last season they were all still good just had 200 rivets to remove from the springs what a pain.
Then I installed the gearbox, fuel tank, peddle assembly, radiator, and turning brake so i can make a couple new brake lines since I went with a new turning brake this time the empi ones have the ports coming out of the side and they were a little too close to the seat the ports on the jamar come out of the back so that fixes that issue. With that I have a brand new empi turning brake for sale shoot me a message. I then mocked up the seat just to make sure everything clears as it should and were good. on to the next taskIMG_1942.JPEGIMG_1941.JPEGIMG_1940.JPEGIMG_1939.JPEG

Careful with those elbows at the intake. They like to collapse sometimes on hard pulls.

She's almost done!

need to make a support for the air filter.
PPF a bunch of areas that get blasted
Add grip tape to the nerf bars.
change the oil on the motor
slap some seats in and body panels on and she's ready to rip
the windshield frame had some imperfections so that's getting fixed up and that will be the last piece to the puzzle.IMG_2009.JPEGIMG_2008.JPEGIMG_2007.JPEGIMG_2006.JPEG

thank you sir how is your car coming along?
I got the 2d installed with some minor fabrication toward the end of last season. I’m going to run it this season and then have some plans for the off season.
Thanks for asking.
