Little update on the motor situation.
Pulled the bottom end apart and the rod was stuck in the windage tray. after pulling the broken rod and piston out, there was absolutely ZERO damage to the block. Got very lucky. Only damage was the broken rod, and the bent windage tray (which i hammered straight and reused).


Luckily, @ranman5608 had a spare gen 4 rod and piston from a spare motor. So i swapped my rings and bearing back over (all which were in good shape). and put the bottom end back together! There also appeared to be no bore wash on any of the cylinder walls as well.
Everything else internally looked the same as it did when i built the motor summer of 2022.
