Kitchen tile flooring removed. Back yard cleaned up. Starting to open up some drywall. 

Tonight more drywall and living room carpet removal then it's a dump run.

Congrats on the house! I’m in CM too and go to the dump in San Juan Capo about once every 5 years. 73 south to Ortega. Pretty easy

this is definitely the best way to start, I wish I wasn't living in ours we would have done the same damn thing. Living in a construction zone makes everything soooooo much harder!
