Did you have to wear sunglasses to watch it? Those guys did the sight lap wearing some type of cooling vest. Must be common. First time i remember seeing it or hearing the announcers mention it.Watched Pala, cooked up fillet mignon, sautéed mushrooms and rice. Damn good day.

The thunderstorm hit the East County sometime last night. Must have had some good wind too. Woke up and looking in my backyard this morning was like waking up from a rager party and going WTF happened? I’ve got leaves & crap all over the place. And it’s Florida humid and you can smell it!

On the smoker then reverse sear. Paid for that big, dumb bone and the meat had a bit more grizzle than I expected. Delicious, flavorful and tender but but I hate wasting money on food.How did you cook it? Ive been trying to memorize the different cuts.
