It's Saturday 6-1-2024.. What is everyone doing this weekend?

Woke at 4am to drive to LAX to drop off wife and two kids. They’re going to Hawaii. Then picked up 4 of my grandkids 2 from two families. 6-10 years old and went to raahauges outdoor sporting event. All my grandkids did the following:  22 pistols, 22 rifles. Petting zoo, touched horses, archery, tomahawk throw, kayaking 7 hours. Now I’m recuperating

Spent Saturday morning cleaning debris in the backyard. Prepping for the Asphalt people to arrive. No-Showed once again. Ordering more rock and road base to apply in other areas of the yard to stop Erosion. The sky's opened up yesterday with incredible winds and rain. Unexpectantly btw.........the Chief Meteorologists here in TX all need to be fired. Crazy winds / rain and hail. The ponds have filled with all this rain. Grapevine Lake is closed. Boat ramps are under water. The RV park down the road is getting evacuated. All the log cabins are being removed. Place is under water. Still a great afternoon in Grapevine. MX from Hangtown was awesome and now we're going to repair all the damage done by the storms. The neighbors' trees like to blow into our pool. Was a crazy afternoon for sure. We were down there to.  The jet ski gathering was insane!  We made a dam run when they were making their's that was crazy.

Storm clouds rolling in again this afternoon. Mother Nature won't let up. She's shedding some major water on our State. Mud is Mud. Lots of tree's blown down. Lots of power outages. Crazy this spring. Just wait..............then we can deal with the 100's with high humidity. Can't wait. Going to be an awesome summer. Peace
