She done! My buddy and I used a 17mm Bolt extractor, Map gas, 2' breaker bar, and a 2" pipe extension.  I heated the bolt, hammered on the extractor and pressed my foot against it as my buddy slowly herced the bar and tube.

With a scary amount of force, it gave way. Weren't sure if we rounded it more, broke it off, or if it broke free at first. It took about 3 full turns to get it loose enough to use a ratchet to get it off the rest of the way. Same procedure for other 2 went the same.  

My god those bolts did not want to come out. Note to self. No red loctite on flywheel bolts. And those bolt extractors are the bomb. They took 4 feet of torque from a 6'1" 260lb guy and barely show a scratch inside. Thought for sure something was gonna break.

Thanks for all your help guys. I was really sweating this one.

Prior to welding a nut on,  drill a hole through the center of the bolts like you're going to use an extractor.  This will relieve stress on it.  Allowing room for the bolt to "shrink" inward after it cools from the welding.  It might even be enough to get the bolts to let go..

Sometimes it helps to use a reverse drill bit on that.
