First off.... it's Friday biyatchhes!

I learned that there's all kinds of pest and termite companies out here that use their business as a front for dealing in weapons and drugs. It's not just a couple, either.. I had to write up a bad dude with 72 felony gun counts on his record this week.. Was quite an experience..

What did all you Glamis-loving fools learn this week?

Oh man, that's terrible!  What's their #?

Don't think I've learned much this week.   Been somewhat sick but business as usual.  Same thing 2 years ago I would have been expected to quarantine, take tests, mask up and accept communism.

No matter how well you plan and execute a priject. somone is bound to eff it up for you...

Today I learned that after 22 year and 1 day I am single.  Divorce papers were filed by the judge yesterday. Feels awesome.

Although it was most likely a rough road for y'all........................CONGRATS!! Time to do what's best for YOU! It's OK to be selfish. You deserve it. Peace

I learned that making reservations for a private Tequila Tasting Dinner was EXPENSIVE! Five (5) course meal....5 different types of Tequila $250.00 The good news is, the guy who reps the Tequila asked me what I do for a living. As luck would have it...................we're at his distribution center fixing all his doors today. I think I'll throw that $250.00 onto their Invoice. Peace

Hard work, commitment and a positive attitude are still valued when all is said and done.

He was not the super star of the highlight reels, but his Coach gave a heartfelt speech on what it really takes to live a fulfilling life.

Son got the Unsung Hero award 👏

I learned who’s food I’m going to spit in when he comes to dinner at my tequila place.

My Mom turned 80 today.

Last night my brother, his wife, my wife and I took her to the Sycamore Inn for dinner in Rancho Cucamonga.

Great times!

Happy Birthday Mom, you are very loved by all of us!

Definitely a rough road, especially dealing with her addiction and alcoholism since 2017. She was good one day and impossible the next. Started out as a DIY divorce 2 years ago and we had an agreement. Then someone got in her ear and convinced her she deserved half. She got an attorney immediately. 2 years later and half was what her attorney wanted. But in the end I was able to keep the house (she moved out of state 3 years ago when our kids were 17 and 12) and my business is 100% mine and she can never touch it. I don't have to liquidate any assets. That being said I'm sending her a significant sized check next week and monthly payments for 3 years when a bulk payment + interest is due. In the end she didn't demand her equalization all at once, which was unexpected, and pissed her attorney off to no end.

If you don't have a prenuptial agreement you are basically driving 100mph on the freeway with no insurance and hoping no one crashes into you. Sucessful investments, hard work building a business and having only a mortgage seems like a great idea, until divorce.

But it's over and could have been much worse. This weekend I celebrate being newly single and my 52 birthday.

Life begins today.
