I may have to buy a lawn mower.

I have fake turf....problem solved.
Augmentation vs Natural, this is a whole other thread....

Besides in Havasu...you have too many choices and the fake stuff can take the heat, beating, etc over time LOL

Just like Augmentations (I've lived through the whole process, save the "good points", because there are none), fake grass is a horrible choice and bad for the environment it's in. Period.

It's made from recycle tires and plastic, increases the Urban Heat Island Affect; surface temperatures are usually 20 - 50 degrees higher than real grass. It often lasts a fraction of time that the manufacturers claim and needs to be replaced prematurely, it doesn't allow transpiration of water and kills the soil biome below it reducing drainage and all other natural components (basic oxygen generation, you know... unimportant shit) true grass has.

It's literally one step away from having a yard full of Playground tire crumbs. How classy.

I tried to save the "good points" like you suggested but I can't.

1. Never watered it
2. Never mowed it
3. Its still green
4. Still looks good.

Different strokes for different folks.

I prefer hardscape versus that bushy stuff, so much cleaner to maintain :ROFLMAO:

My three boys (13,12,9 they are us citizens) take care of the sod we put in about 6 months ago and I’m glad to be adding to the”basics oxygen “ generation and providing a “healthy soil biome” below said sod
