Got a new sumptin sumptin to build

Seekins, JP, and POF make great stuff. But you are spending a lot more

After 6 hours in the que I finally got thru and canceled my charging handle. Now I just need to wait for UPS to get to there and them to refund my $$ and this saga will be over!

Hurry up and wait!

6 hours? Have you ever had to wait that long for customer service?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm solving my problem! Returned the upper and BCG yesterday. Boxed it up, insured it and sent it back!

I've been in the que since 9:20 this morning, lost connection once (on their end) and started back at 172 - down to 67 as I type this.

The only response I got to a 'submit a request' was when I typed in the topic 'Return"

I filled one out for the upper and got an RMA number of 378894. 2 hours later I filled one out for the BCG (decided I didn't want any part of this company) and got an RMA number of 379205

Makes me wonder if that many people are either exchanging, returning or ordering product.

Best I can tell, the charging handle has been in stock the entire time, I have been watching the site closely since this started and checking on each item I ordered. Why it wasn't shipped with the other 2? I don't know.

Once all my $$ has been refunded I’ll start over and search for an upper from somewhere else.
After all this you sent it back? If it was this rough getting the product once you paid for it you think it’s going to get better with a return?

That was a real nice upper you should have kept it.

lol watch the charging handle show up in a few days.

Patience is a virtue.

Didn't like the 2 different color greens. Company left a bad taste in my mouth. If I had ordered the upper in black I probably would have kept it. Exchanging green for black would have been a nightmare. The only time they responded was when I choose the 'Return' label for their 'submit a request'

No reason why the CH didn't ship with the rest, they said it had been in stock - they just missed it. No ETA to ship it so I canceled it. Easier than waiting for them.

There are a lot of other companies out there, I'll find one that has better customer service.

Fingers crossed for the return!!!!

Also didn’t like that it showed up with marks in the anodizing.
Im being picky,,,,

Anytime you buy a "color" it's going to be mismatched with another part of the same color. He'll, even blacks won't be the same.
Should hit that with a little rattlecan and blast away.

Thought this was a budget truck gun now it is boujee gun.

Could have rattled canned that bitch black.

Here is the picture from the description. It definitely don’t match. But it was a $710 upper on sale for $379 so that’s a smoking deal on a good quality product.

I think the long lead shipping had you not liking it before it showed up. I’m interested to see what you get to replace it.
The customer service you dealt with is making me lean to BCM. But BCM is going to be $800-900 where the Aero would be $400-600.

It really comes down to the customer service - just trying to get a hold of someone was impossible. I won't beat a dead horse.

It started as a budget build, after thinking it thru the 308 as a truck gun changed to the 556. I have a decent upper that I got for a good price. Ill get a lower for it and carry that.

Ill make the 308 (or what ever caliber I get for the AR10 lower) more for target and maybe some hunting.

Yes the Aero was a good deal but I can't imagine what I would have to go thru if I needed them for a problem. They aren't the only game in town.

Customer service can change a good business to a great business. I think this has convinced me to just pony up and go BCM on my next upper. It will be in my Arro lower but the aero lower is nicer then BCM

Im not a big fan of a budget AR10. Reliability can be a issue with larger rounds on a AR platform. My go to for buying parts and uppers is primary arms. They are the largest online gun store. If it says its available it ships. They carry everything from bottom tier to upper tier. Aero to knights they sell lt.

I might be asking a dumb question but what about KAK or Palmetto for a company?
Psa has a good budget line and they also have an upper model line too.

I run a 10.5 budget upper one been working pretty good so far. Currently have a complete aero lower I need to get an upper for. Only thing I know it will be a 16 but leaning m4 style upper. Not really into all the new railed stuff.

This has me wondering,,,They talk about not mix and matching parts but what about complete lowers and complete uppers?

From PSA website on their PA10
"The AR10 platform does not enjoy a common design between manufacturers, like the AR15. As a result, there can and will be subtle differences in the parts kits of various manufacturers. Some parts, like the fire control group, are shared with the AR15 platform to preserve the options for upgrading. For best results, we recommend only using PSA PA10 parts with our uppers and lower receivers. We do not recommend using other manufacturer's parts in our products."

Anyone have experience mix and matching a PSA upper with another companies lower?

They say not to mix and match, but that is more of a statement about doing it blindly. This is because there are 2 different "AR10" patters.

Mine is the DPMS, so I should be good with their upper as long as its the same, right?

Good read too
