Got a new sumptin sumptin to build

At this point IM PISSED!!!!! Id be weary of placing an order with Aero Precision!!!!!!!

Placed the order Nov 26th, got an email saying Thank you for your order. NOTHING else. No order number, no conformation number, nothing.

Today is Dec 2nd - still nothing! I know thanksgiving was in there but nothing?

Was 'on hold' for the live chat help on the website, started #92 in the que,,,,,missed my turn. Got back in line, now #151, took too long and I had to leave the house.

Called them and got recording - No one is available to take your call.

Can't log in. The reset password doesn't work (incase I forgot mine)

Then get you have made too many attempts to login,,,,

It’s the busiest time of year and have a huge sale going. I’m sure they are slammed.
This isn’t unheard of in this industry. I made an ammo order last year about this time. Never got anything from them even saying my order went through. Order showed up
At my door and that was the end of it lol.

Not saying it’s right but you don’t need to worry.
 
Found my order number but its been 10 working days and still no communication.

Submitted 3 requests - no response
Called 4 times only to get the message no one is available to take your call.

Today I sent a message in instagram and submitted my 3rd request on their site
 
This company SUCKS A$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will not answer their phone!

I was 'in the que for a live chat - AGAIN - started #147, 3+ hours later i was #13, watching the entire way! I get a message 'click to connect' so I click and get DISCONNECTED, lost my place in line, get back in and im #228!!!!!

Call again and no answer,

My choices:
Hurry up and wait.
Cancel my order

I ordered it on Nov 23rd. Web site says 3-5 days to process, 1-2 weeks if it involves an FFL which mine does not.
I get the time of year. I get they may be busy but their customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did get a response on IG, says we are marketing and have little to do with orders, please be patient.

If it wasn't a good deal I would have canceled it.

My recommendation, STAY FAR AWAY from Aero Precision
 
Just to add to this. It took 3 weeks for them to ship my upper and then a week to get it. Pull up a chair... You will be lucky if it's under the xmas tree this year.

Yea it sucks.. and I'm trying to not get stuff directly from them if I can.

Be patient Matt. You ordered the week of black friday. Between that and Christmas it's completely understandable that they are slammed. I have had great experiences with them, but I did not order during the busiest time of year for online purchase. They are a legit company and you will get your stuff.

Doesn't have to be under the tree but I am with you. All I am asking for is a little communication. I get I ordered with everyone else but they cant even answer 1 out of 5 requests? Call them and they say for faster service join our live chat,,,,,

I appreciate the info, knowing how in depth you are in shooting make me feel a little better. I'd feel better too if they would answer just 1 email, just a little communication is all I'm asking
 
Did the live chat thing again and this time I got thru. It took 2 1/2 hours only to find out,,,,,,they are very busy and hope to have my order out by the end of the month.

So I'll sit here and check my status - still says processing - and hurry up and wait,,,,
 
HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got an email today that my order is being shipped!!!

5 - 8 business days it should arrive
 
1 month to the day I got my order!

Maybe I b!tched a bit too fast or too much! But I spent more $ than I had planned on this and with NO communication up front I was thinking I tossed $$$ out the door. Never having done business with this company before I was worried but with some comments and concerns quelled here on GD It made the wait better, so Thank YOU!!!

Got to get it out of the box and I'll post some pics

Deep breath, I can relax now.

This went from a truck gun to something much more. I'll use one of my others to travel with.

Well,,,,, I got 2 of the 3 items that I ordered. Now I get to spend a couple of hours waiting for my turn in the live chat again to simply ask where the rest of my order is.

Up. Down. Up. Down

So far ill give them a 6.5 out of 10
 
Hopefully they didn’t go out of stock from the time you ordered to ship date.

What did the receipt in the box say was supposed to be delivered?
Does it match what you got?
If so that’s a good sign.

You did eventually get your email confirmation of all 3 items right?
If so nothing to worry about. It probably went out of stock or got picked separately and shipped separately.

You got a great deal on a great upper end you are only out time. Which unless you had plans to take it out shooting or hunting would be just sitting in the safe so not the end of the world.

It’s a reputable company you won’t get screwed. But I would be sending emails to have a paper trail just incase.

3 items on the order conformation. 2 items on the shipping list that arrived with the upper & BCG - charging handle is on the orig order and did not get shipped

You are ok then. I bet it went out of stock. Which is lame that their system didn’t “hold”’one for you since you were charged for it.
 
This is what i ended up with but I don't like it. Its supposed to be 2 tone black and OD green. The handguard is OD but the rest is not. So its 3 tone. And there are already marks in the anodizing on the receiver portion.

They have a 30 day return policy. ‘Just call us or submit a request’

Not sure how to return it if they wont answer the phone or email back.

All my AP orders went thru fine. You seem to be having a hell of a run. I think my upper looks like yours in black. I should shoot that thing...........
 
I'm solving my problem! Returned the upper and BCG yesterday. Boxed it up, insured it and sent it back!

I've been in the que since 9:20 this morning, lost connection once (on their end) and started back at 172 - down to 67 as I type this.

The only response I got to a 'submit a request' was when I typed in the topic 'Return"

I filled one out for the upper and got an RMA number of 378894. 2 hours later I filled one out for the BCG (decided I didn't want any part of this company) and got an RMA number of 379205

Makes me wonder if that many people are either exchanging, returning or ordering product.

Best I can tell, the charging handle has been in stock the entire time, I have been watching the site closely since this started and checking on each item I ordered. Why it wasn't shipped with the other 2? I don't know.

Once all my $$ has been refunded Ill start over and search for an upper from somewhere else.

It Sucks you had a bad experience. I have nothing but great things to say about them but I understand your frustration.
 
Im still in the que! #18 2 1/2 hours later!

Edit to add - 2:35 PM I'm #9 and they close at 3! Doubt ill get answered and I've been sitting here since 9:20

Is that customer service or what?
