Got a new sumptin sumptin to build

At this point IM PISSED!!!!! Id be weary of placing an order with Aero Precision!!!!!!!

Placed the order Nov 26th, got an email saying Thank you for your order. NOTHING else. No order number, no conformation number, nothing.

Today is Dec 2nd - still nothing! I know thanksgiving was in there but nothing?

Was 'on hold' for the live chat help on the website, started #92 in the que,,,,,missed my turn. Got back in line, now #151, took too long and I had to leave the house.

Called them and got recording - No one is available to take your call.

Can't log in. The reset password doesn't work (incase I forgot mine)

Then get you have made too many attempts to login,,,,

It’s the busiest time of year and have a huge sale going. I’m sure they are slammed.
This isn’t unheard of in this industry. I made an ammo order last year about this time. Never got anything from them even saying my order went through. Order showed up
At my door and that was the end of it lol.

Not saying it’s right but you don’t need to worry.
 
Found my order number but its been 10 working days and still no communication.

Submitted 3 requests - no response
Called 4 times only to get the message no one is available to take your call.

Today I sent a message in instagram and submitted my 3rd request on their site
 
This company SUCKS A$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will not answer their phone!

I was 'in the que for a live chat - AGAIN - started #147, 3+ hours later i was #13, watching the entire way! I get a message 'click to connect' so I click and get DISCONNECTED, lost my place in line, get back in and im #228!!!!!

Call again and no answer,

My choices:
Hurry up and wait.
Cancel my order

I ordered it on Nov 23rd. Web site says 3-5 days to process, 1-2 weeks if it involves an FFL which mine does not.
I get the time of year. I get they may be busy but their customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did get a response on IG, says we are marketing and have little to do with orders, please be patient.

If it wasn't a good deal I would have canceled it.

My recommendation, STAY FAR AWAY from Aero Precision
 
Just to add to this. It took 3 weeks for them to ship my upper and then a week to get it. Pull up a chair... You will be lucky if it's under the xmas tree this year.

Yea it sucks.. and I'm trying to not get stuff directly from them if I can.

Be patient Matt. You ordered the week of black friday. Between that and Christmas it's completely understandable that they are slammed. I have had great experiences with them, but I did not order during the busiest time of year for online purchase. They are a legit company and you will get your stuff.

Doesn't have to be under the tree but I am with you. All I am asking for is a little communication. I get I ordered with everyone else but they cant even answer 1 out of 5 requests? Call them and they say for faster service join our live chat,,,,,

I appreciate the info, knowing how in depth you are in shooting make me feel a little better. I'd feel better too if they would answer just 1 email, just a little communication is all I'm asking
