Death near Osborne, now with news report of how

Sad, i blame the rental agency for not expressing how important body restraints are.

I drive all day on the street without safety belt because F U can’t tell me what to do

aside from backing in and out of the trailer, everyone in my car must be properly in 5 point or it doesn’t go in gear.

RIP, kid just trying to have fun.
You'll show them!

:kenk:

:lmao:

Not to make light of the situation here but I did get a chuckle out of “Peng Wang, commonly known as Aaron”, and “I cannot imagine anything worse than a cinematographer dying”.

Has the article author not lived through the election of Joe Obiden?

RIP fellow inhabitant of earth.

Common mistake thinking we arent gonna go fast.Person probably new to ohv in the dunes, driver maybe as well going slow in a top heavy OHV  doesnt take much to crest a dune and on its side it goes.

there were a lot of people  my guess is 30 of them, im sure the person who rented it was told but im sure this was not passed on to anyone else of the group.  im sure it was like "hey guys check this out, who ever wants to take it --go for it"

when a passanger rides with me i make sure they are fully and properly belted in before the trip begins
Yep, car doesn’t go into gear until everyone has their restraints on properly.

If your so effing dumb you dont wear a belt you have no one to blame but yourself. Zero sympathy. No blame to anyone but the deceased. Quit putting others bad decisions on people with zero responsibility

Multiple mentions of lack of safety regulations and then it shifts to the Alec Baldwin murder. Why can't it just be the victims fault for not putting on his seatbelt?
Most intelligent response in this thread.

Survival of the fittest. Wang clearly didnt make the cut

Nobody said the armorer and others weren’t at fault.  Not unlike a bartender that over servers a driver who kills people.  The bartender’s culpability does not alleviate the driver of his liability.

In Baldwin’s case, his actions and decisions were particularly egregious.   Not only did Alec Baldwin serve on the board of an international firearms safety board, we know for a fact he has been instructed on multiple occasions on the possible outcomes of the actions which Alec Baldwin took to end the life of Halyna Hutchins.

Your right.  Infact, rzr is at fault because there has been demonstrated a pattern of dumbasses dying from not wearing belts so really its their fault for not having ignition disablers on the belts. Moreover it is every season pass holders fault for not assuring proper safety in the isdra (afterall their fee payments fund the district). Everyone should have to pass a class before they are allowed to drive or ride in an off road vehicle. That way those that cannot survive to old age due to stupidity have a fighting chance.

Fwiw you should probably stick to coffee shops, but do be aware sometimes the coffee is really hot and can burn you. Maybe staying home would be safer

btw alec baldwin has his head buried so far up his ass he cant possibly be held liable for his actions

Do you have to work on coming up with arguments this stupid or do they just come natural to you naturally?

You blame the RZR, do you also blame Alec Baldwin’s gun?    You can’t possibly be that stupid.

Im so stupid i blame the dumbass that didnt wear a belt, and the shithead that pulled the trigger. i blame the drinker not the server. No one is responsible for you but you

You are all over the place, you seem drunk.  Don’t drive or handle firearms.

I've worked on movie sets for years (Back in time) and only after non union craft were hired did the sets have safety issues. Now I'm not saying the union worker wanted anyone dead, but IF an effort to force the production company to rehire union labor by "creating an issue" went south and Halyna Hutchins was shot, I blame more that the guy that pulled the trigger.

Yes, the armorer dropped the ball, but again, one person doing two jobs, against union rules/wishes.

The entire cluster fcuk could have been avoided if the "Producer/Trigger Man" paid more to support the crews.

The crews were short on help, (Money) this created problems, (money) non union crew hired to

continue production, (money) sudden escalation in problems. (money)

Like many things, "Follow The Money".

Disclainer: I was sued by the union for doing more than one job on film sets. The issue went before the NLRB, and the union lost. (1)I drove the truck with film equipment. (2) I ran the generator. (3) I ran second unit camera. (4) I ran the Nagra IV sound recorder. (5) I supplied grip equipment. (6) I supplied electrical for the generator.

The picture is Rich Little, filmed in Beverly Hills March 1971 where I was doing "Still Photography" also.

You clearly missed the sarcasm. Of course he doesn't blame the RZR or the gun, don't be an idiot.

Why in the name of God's green earth would you blame the rental agency?? I guarantee they can produce a document with the renter's signature showing that he acknowledged the importance of utilizing the safety equipment. You and people like you are what's wrong with the world when chit like this happens. Why would the rental agency be culpable at ALL if a 29 year old ADULT didn't put his freaking seat belt on???????????
