How often do you grease them,
It might have some over travel, when the car is turning it might droop one side more than the other,
When you jack up the car and droop out the center, does it click, and then put a jack under the arm and see if it will get quit,
I check my CV and from the axle, i use a protractor and go to the tightest spot, one side on the CV and one side on the axle, i measure all four corners, this will get you at a good start,
