I will n never own another Packard product in my life. Broken wheels, piece of crap SC and almost no customer service. Just my opinion.

i saw that both inlet outlet use the same fitting.but one looks different you just put new fitting and cut hose and clamp.Mine was original form 2004 guess i got lucky but barely toucjed the hose and it broke had to clean pieces out of hose too.

I have only purchased wheels from them and they have been good to me as far as customer service. My new centers have already been shipped. The wheels that cracked were from 2021 with lots of dune miles on them (over 4,000 miles). Just glad I caught as they were not going to last much longer.

My friend broke the centers on his OMF wheels on his X3.
 
Found a shackle on my flatbed trailer that was broken when I got home. Add that to the list. LOL!

The bolt was barely holding on.

My issues weren’t with wheels but was with their SC. Since that cluster I won’t buy anything from them. Again, Just my experience. Glad you’ve had good luck.
