Chinese Balloon Fiasco

China is laughing, they are (Americans think our decoy is a spy balloon)  while all there satellites point down on the US

Satellites don't allow them to get 3d views, wind patterns, ground radar and many other things we aren't thinking about they find important. 

 
Anyone figure out the Ozccam's Razor version of this ?
