Best deal on a smaller super quiet generator

Been a hot season and I enjoy my sleep with a blanket so I run my generator ALL NIGHT!!!

Best bang for the buck has been the Harbor Freight Predators. Its been a generator killing season though. Personally went thru 3 Predator 5000's. Average hours 400-600 before they just give up the compression. Lucky enough to use the 90 day manufacturer warranty and the purchased extended warranty. I have about 400 hours on the last one and it has been flawless compared to the first 2. Your mileage may vary. Its been hit and miss in my opinion on these. @HozayKwarvo had a rough season on generators as well. The heat sucks and if it was more of a normal season with low evening temps, i would not have been running at night.
 
For me, if I am running Genny all night for AC, my House genny is the quietest. For everything else, I run a Predator 3500, three years with zero issues. It can run everything except 2 A/C's.
 
Depends on your needs. if looking to just run some TV's charge cell phones and keep the batteries charged then you can't beat the Honda 2200i Companion, this is the version with the 30-amp plug connection, and it does make a difference and only $100 more than the standard 2200.
Now if you want something that can run a 13.5K AC throughout the night (as long as you set it, so it cycles off and on) then step up to the Honda 3200...it's pricey but you get what you pay for, and it runs smooth and quiet. Both these options have the Honda BT App so you can shut them down via the App which is nice.
Now there is an option out there that most folks don't know about and it's the Pulsar GD400BN (4000 watt) Inverter Generator Dual Fuel. There is nothing fancy with this Gen but it performs and very quiet overall. Price point @ $600 it can't be beat. I run this unit on Propane only and can run it off and on all weekend on one 20lb propane bottle.
Now if you need a big dog Gen then go with the HF Predator 5000, it has all the bells & whistles and kicks ass, but big and heavy would be the only fault.
I own of have owned all of these generators so speaking from experience here.

Solar is super cheap, as are batteries. I run a battery box setup because I use it for more than just the motorhome.

Costco has been great for this. I get about 1500-2000 hours ish out of their suitcase generators. Last one just died and I returned it for money back because I've since switched to battery setups. If I need AC, I'll run the onboard.

My onboard is below my bed. I'll throw the predator out back facing my neighbors. 🤣
 
For some reason, I can hear a Honda 2000 within 100 yards at 3am, then it just annoys me.....HAHA.

I think i’ll be most worried about the heater (in Idaho now). A/c (1-13.5) occasionally, seems like you should only need about 4000w.
No real place for it on the trailer. Don't want to heavy to get out of truck and remote start would be great.

Looks like around $800 for that.
