Back in the saddle again...

We might do a day trip up in the Jawbone/Cal City area in December.   Much better area than El Mirage.   I will let you know  if plan something next month.
El mirage is chosen for logistical reasons for one...it is close to most of us. Gonna be a quick trip...

Would love to head to Jawbone/Cal City with you some time...never been there.

we'll be in CaCity for thanksgiving, always wanted to hit El Mirage

For being a relatively small area, El Mirage is fun. there are 2 fun loops, East Loop and West Loop.

Some pics from last time I was there with the trusty ol Rhino.

Update,  got lower doors and a different rim/spare tire than what I originally had. This rim is the same style although different color but it's ok it's a spare. Also this came with a larger tire than the 28" one that was one the other. I still want to get a 32" carnivore on this,  just gotta find one...

Headed to Barstow this weekend.  I hope the weather holds up.

You don't need to remove the seatbelt nuts.   The lap belts slip through the adjuster and you can then remove the seat off the seat base and completely out of the car.  Gest the seat completely out of the way when you are doing work.

This doesn't work with the click 6 seat belts.

Yeah, those are them (maybe wrong name), but maybe I'm looking at it wrong. It didn't seem like they would just pull thru. The shoulder and lap are connected. The shoulder part would need to separate from the lap portion...not seeing how that is done.

Also, he says at the end, the seatbelts have to be mounted outside the seat.
