I think I am most loyal with trucks!
Everything else, I'm pretty open too!

There's engineering, and there's materials. More of one means you need less of the other. :biggrin:Having been in the industry for going on 30 yrs now... Top Lexus... bottom.... BMW..... everyone else is in the middle... a Jeep is a Jeep is a Jeep....enough said. Benz is nice, Audi is just an extra way to throw away cash... Ford/dodge/chevy have been chasing the Japanese since the 80s.... Subaru's actually do hold up in accidents... Nothing Beats Tonnage .... what is true in the ocean is true on land... tonnage ALWAYS wins.
At least you weren't foolish enough to buy it's predecessor, the buttfor. That one was really just one big piece of crap.In 1972 I bought my first Prickfor, the service / support was unsurpassed and the quality on par with all the major competitors.
I remember that car, you pulled up to me at the park and offered me Free Candy and to Pet yore Puppy. In 1972 I bought my first Prickfor, the service / support was unsurpassed and the quality on par with all the major competitors.
Come back to this when out of warranty repairs are needed. You'll be back to domestic or Japanese.I've never been one to have any loyalty to car brands or any brands for that matter.
Back in the Fall, I bought my wife a Mercedes (GLE class). Never owned one before, never gave them much attention. We looked at and drove every high end brand/model out there and went with the Mercedes. We really thought we were going to get a Maserati but it just felt like and looked like a car 10-15 years behind the power curve. Living in Havasu, there was no way I'd ever need a 150 MPH plus car.
It did not take long or me to really take to this car. It drives great, comfortable, hits or exceeds every mark. I've never said I "feel safe" in a car but this car makes you feel that way. While this is a new car, when it's time, we both believe we'll most likely end up with another Mercedes.
Anyone have the same opinions or experiences with your cars?
Only 6 vehicles in your entire life ? I've bought and sold that many in the same year. lolThinking back on what I have had:
1967 Mustang Fastback
1992 Mustang LX 5.0
2000 GMC Sierra 1500 Z71
2004.5 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Duramax
2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Duramax (Current)
2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT4 6.6 Gas (On Order)
Yeah, trucks...I'm a GM guy!
