Picked up the big bore 88 kit for wife's 70. Tear down done, starting to put bits together.
Anyone familiar with this kit? Install tips?
Beers and BBQs taking precedence so starting build back up in the morning.

I don't want one of the fire breathing kits that some guys do. Just a little more juice.

No idea. Got 88 standard kits in both our 70s. Been riding for years on trails and Glamis. 38-40mph on flats. Good torque to run small dunes.
Just right for for drunken, no helmet, no care riding on fresh sand or open trails.
This has a beefed up head & cam.
We'll see. 110 or 125 in these seems ridiculous for no suspension.
 
Make sure Yu do high volume oil pump. Those TB kits are Awesome and reliable
With this aftermarket head, you figure drilling won't be needed? Description of the oil pump mentions drilling but assuming that's on the stock head?
