Has anyone here ever purchased private farm raised meat, poultry, and/or pork?

I either have to get a new GF or make her understand the Expiration dates. She will go out to the freezer in the garage and toss all of the meet that has passed its date, even though it has been frozen the entire time, Nothing like opening what should be a full freezer to see the bottom.
Get a new GF....You should do a poll then let her know the results.

For reference, our ¼ beef came out to ~$10/lb. The poultry $6.50/lbs. The bacon is $11/lb. and the sausage $8/lb.

The texture and taste is magical. 🤌

Thanks for posting that Esco!

Amy and I are on our 13th year of farming now. It's been a great adventure and completely changed our lives for the better. We feed several GD.com and RDP families on the regular with a monthly drop off to Victorville, Fontana, Norco and Santa Ana (plus two monthly trips to Havasu). Available products and pricing are on the website fortrockfarms.com .

We're constantly evolving and improving, pretty proud of where we are today. Call or text me anytime if anyone has questions that the website doesn't cover. Joel 928-486-4043

I can never seem to find the beef pricing.

I second (3rd? 4th? 10th) Fort Rock. It is the only beef and bacon we eat. Just got a 1/4 last week from those two! Our needs vary every year (1/4-full) but we are ways happy to buy and eat their meat!

I was going to start using Joel and Amy for this but recently found out that a buddy from High School (The Son of a very well known Gunsmith 'round these parts) does the same thing in Colorado. We've already started getting beef from him and it's AMAZING. I'm already on the list for the next delivery.

We love wash 11’s products and have been a customer from the beginning! Actually very proud of what Joel and Amy have accomplished and am very happy to play a small part in the beginning of it!
