I went to the dodge dealer today.. they didn’t have any loaded trucks but had a Laramie..

It was ok but I didn’t see anything special about it that would make me trade betsy for it..

I took a pic of the radio last night for @rivermobster i don’t think you’d want to rip out all the AC controls and put them on a screen?

Most of the adapters remove just the screen portion, and leave the rest of the controls, or replace all of it:

Not much for the newer ones. A lot of people put line converters on them to run big amps and such though. You’ll also need to recode the stereo to provide full sound spectrum: most of them have high pass filters in the stereo to protect stock components from damage.

The high output one is the aeson one who ch is the one you want if you tow a lot.

The others I guess grenade at like 80k??

I don’t tow all the time but more than the avg bear.. tow to LOTO. Launch the boat around town.. etc

It is not the Aesin HO transmission. It is the 6-speed 68RFE.



They are gonna ask 83,600.. with room to negotiate.. I figure mine is worth 40/45?

My 2014 Dodge dually Had the Aisin Trans and I pulled 30k with it at work with Zero issues..
 
I’m gonna go see it when it gets down to the havasu dealership this weekend..

I’m not sure if I’ll like it enough to sell mine or trade it in and buy this one.. I heard the dodges are slow as fuck.. and this particular tranny grenades..

That said I leave my shit stock and I never seem to have all the problems that I read all over the internet.

My buddy has a company that pulls trailers around the country. He's driven my F-350 / my buddies Chevy and a Dodge. He says "BY FAR" the best truck Fuel mileage power comfort...........Dodge. Peace
