After all this you sent it back? If it was this rough getting the product once you paid for it you think it’s going to get better with a return?I'm solving my problem! Returned the upper and BCG yesterday. Boxed it up, insured it and sent it back!
I've been in the que since 9:20 this morning, lost connection once (on their end) and started back at 172 - down to 67 as I type this.
The only response I got to a 'submit a request' was when I typed in the topic 'Return"
I filled one out for the upper and got an RMA number of 378894. 2 hours later I filled one out for the BCG (decided I didn't want any part of this company) and got an RMA number of 379205
Makes me wonder if that many people are either exchanging, returning or ordering product.
Best I can tell, the charging handle has been in stock the entire time, I have been watching the site closely since this started and checking on each item I ordered. Why it wasn't shipped with the other 2? I don't know.
Once all my $$ has been refunded I’ll start over and search for an upper from somewhere else.
