I subscribe to Arvin Hadad's channel. He is a real estate mogul and critique of some of the most expensive homes around the world.
If you are in the market to update or even buy a new home, listen to this guy. He has some great insight. everything from finishes, layout to how your home should even face on the property.
Extremely interesting and this guy is funny too! Some of the stuff he comments on is hysterical and is also point blank and obvious...but it isn't obvious till he points it out!

Here is a home in Tennessee that should be a 10 out of 10, but they messed up so bad on the home and orientation...it doesn't matter cause the property is worth the price of admission. Worth the watch for sure:
