Wow Cracker Barrel is taking in the shorts....

August of 2025 seem's kinda late to the game for the woke agenda changes, but say that your going to make changes only not to do it in the end sure got them a lot of free press and more name recognition. How many people that have never been there will go now to try them ?
And i'm with the group that thinks there food sucks.
 
It was great publicity, but the mere fact they went woke then flipped i will NOT be stopping by for some vittles.
From what I've seen, they are just Not changing the logo...they are still going full steam ahead with changing it into a modern Denny's. Menu changes, interior changes....but keeping the logo....You can't fix liberalism it's a mental disorder...they can't help themselves.

It actually makes perfect sense. First off CB is not a destination eatery. It is off the side of the highway and usually more rural, you know what to expect, you know what they serve. That should be in what most would consider Trump country, except their numbers were going down. So to increase numbers they went for the 47% that are Anti Trump instead of the ones who they thought would of continued to stop at their Restuarant on the way to and from. The real issue is the number of people loading up the mini van and driving 8-10 hours to go see Cousin Eddie are not doing it and if they are stopping for a meal at CB is not in the budget.

New logo old logo they do need to make a change to get people to stop for a meal on the way to go see family.
 
I'm not going to lie, I didn't expect them to turnaround on this and figured that they were totally committed to brand suicide. I take it as a really really good sign, not just for Cracker Barrel, but for the end of woke bullshit altogether... some corporations aren't feeling constrained and cuffed to diversity equity and inclusion any longer and that's a good thing.

How'd that work our for Target's CEO ?

IMO, CB is having real problems due to changing consumer behavior (see also Hometown Buffet) and switching their logo back is not going to help them. Hopefully Waffle House is still going strong . .
