I have 2 thoughts

1-Brakes don't work

or

2-Parachute is for slowing a vertical descent resulting from driving off a large cliff that is likely a strong urge when driving this particular car

It does not appear to have a cage, so Im guessing poser.  but you never know, there are some fast rice burners out there.  the likelyhood of it being fast I think is pretty slim. 

I have one of these on my truck & I can assure you it does not make it any faster.

If you type in the specs for Porsche 911 GT3-RS and look at the one with the wing and the one without (Touring edition) the one without goes 199mph while the one with the wing goes 197.

Granted the one with the wing will probably feel way more stable at that speed...but you are upwards of 200mph in both cases.

Most of the cars in this thread have probably lowered their overall speed by a significant amount with having a garage door sized super duper wing hanging off the back!
