This happens at the state level too. Legislatures pass vaguely worded bills and rely on the agencies to interpret and implement based on the agencies "interpretation" of the bills. My wife is friends with their agencies "rule writer", and there is great latitude granted to agency heads to "interpret the intent" of these bills. Feeding the deep state!

I just recently started working for a state agency in the enforcement division. One thing I've learned is not one investigator can agree on any of the violations in our act. Their interpretations are so wild, it makes me shake my head sometimes. There are checks and balances though (kinda), as all our cases go through an administrative law judge and they are letting everybody off the hook! 😞 

It's very eye-opening to see how the government operates from the inside..

He's done.. When MSNBC is talking doom and gloom you know it's over. CNN has been super critical of him as well..Now the question is, does he bow out graciously or go kicking and screaming?

I'm imagining a tear jerking ceremony that portrays a great man full of integrity, bowing out for the greater good, and fading into history... Make sure your kleenexes are handy..

The only way he is bowing out is if the party or his handlers (minus Jill) force him too. I bet the only thought rolling around in the empty head of his is that he is fine and on top of his game.

Before it is official I think the Dems are going to need to make sure they can change the ballots in three swing states.  Right now, per their state constitutions the ballot is set, and the ticket is Biden/ Harris.  Any change will require their top courts approval.  Until you hear that those states have approved a change in the ballot, he is still the horse they are going to have to run.

I think I saw where two more states will join the three before the convention, so the clock is ticking.

Once you see MSNBC and CNN parked outside of those court houses the jig is up.

 
States, such as PA,  acted against their own Constitutions last go-around to enable the mail in scam etc, so I wouldn't hang my hat on that.

I don't think it'll be too hard if Kamala is on the ticket. I also believe that she will be because if they pull her, they will lose the black vote and all their sympathizers... they know it, too..

Another theory before election time, Biden and Harris switch roles.  Harris becomes the presidential candidate and Biden becomes the VP.  This way it eliminates any funding issues, along with the critics that think Biden is too old and senile.  Hate to say it, it would shut up the Democratic party and unite them.  No idea if there any laws stopping this, we are all voting for a ticket, not one person.

FYI, I hate Harris more than Biden.

that only helps the problems the Dems have...not the rest of the United States!

Kamala would be even worse than Biden I think! She's about as sharp as a marble, might as well put AOC in there as Press Secretary too!
