Rents toys and goes out 1x/yr?

Has toys sitting around and goes out 3-5 yrs?

Goes out every month?...and participates in clean-ups?

...every other month?

....every quarter?

"Used" to go but now only goes every 5-8 yrs?

Doesn't dune but e-represents and e-respects? Maybe goes out on Vet's and clean-ups?

Is an e-duner? *completely different thread*

Tows with a girly truck but gets out 2-3x a year?

A duner is someone who gets 'lost' .. mentally in the dunes.. the transitions.. the beauty.. he rides without fear or aprehension. He knows when it's time to boogie .. and when it's time to sit and enjoy the dunes.. a duner will always help a fellow duner, .. be it a bottle of water, serious first aid or just general getting un-stuck or mechanical help.

A duner LOVES and respects the dunes. .. is looking always to share their knowledge and love for the dunes to the newbies. .. a duner has patience and wants to leave the 'dunes' better than when he came.

Although I've been a 'sawed off prick' at times over my duning time.. .over the last 40 years of duning....  I feel I've been a true duner more than a McPenis....(you can be the judge of that)... In short, I sock it up to age and experience ... plus...  I'm still not dead.

Dune and may Slappy set you free!

I think @John@Outfront and @ANGRYBUTTCRACK have great definitions of a duner I am with them. Once you have been bitten by sand fever and respect the dunes you are a duner for life. I think it is sad there are so many people on the sand now days that are not duner’s total lack of respect 😞

 
I don't know if I'm a complete Duner. They have this place 5hrs from my house called Little Sahara in OKLA. My buddies who i've taken to Glamis told me......"chEFF, you'll be disappointed. Don't go. Doesn't compare to Mother G!" So, I've yet to go Duning in OKLA! Peace 

 
If I have to explain it to you then it's not for you.

A kid aid to me, I have never been to the dunes, do you think I will like it. I asked him, Do you have tons of expendable cash, Vacation time and energy because of you don't think you do now the dunes is the last place you want to visit.

 
Someone that puts the Dunes before EVERY HOLIDAY, someone that make there family spend every, Presidents day ( Valantine Day )  every Thanksgiving, at the dunes, and will spend there Birthday and there Family's Birthday at the dunes, 

 
Someone that is not happy and wants to be left alone while loading up to depart the Dunes. Peace

someone who never stops thinking of the next Sand Fix......doesn't matter what I am doing,....I always wanna be in the dunes.....Non stop ways thinking of the fresh rippled sand and that feling of an ice cold beer and some carne asada after a day in the sand

NOTHING like it...... I really wanna retire and just live in Glamis with my buggy / atc 450 and an :atc70:  for camp fun.......Then do it all over in the summer in Idaho......Endless Summer sand style is all I think about!

A guy who pulls off the Hwy, gets out of his rig, kisses the sand, shed's a tear, thanks GOD for allowing him to be there, and honks his air horn down wash road because he thinks he knows everyone! Peace

This last weekend, sitting in camp and saw a plastic bag rolling around. Decided I should go get it, maybe save an animal. After I got the bag picked up I didn't know where to stop as there was trash all around. I filled the bag, decent size, with trash as I walked back to camp. One item, someone's check register.
