Looking to refresh my early 17 x-3 RS thats getting up there in miles.
With a 2025 s3 rs with smart shocks and I like the red and silver more than the black and found one for $6500 off msrp with rebates and such makes it $26,999 but it seems like gouging on the freight and the dealer prep of just under 2k for each plus they say that they put a street kit on every one for like $850 which seems like a lot for a horn lp light and maybe turn signals? They also wanted to add another 850 for tire warranty and something else and had them take that off right away.
What is reasonable for frieght and dealer prep? Seems padded to me... can I negotiate that down I am already thinking about telling them to take off the street kit or discount it by at least 500 because I didn't ask for that.

When they really want to sell it there is no freight or set up fee. A dealer that has ‘mandatory’ fees for a street legal kit and non negotiable freight and set up feed is now sitting on a large inventory that he can’t sell.
