Dude, King Buffalo is amazing.  They played the Mint 400 on Sat night, almost everyone had left or was busy packing up so it was like 1-2 dozen of us hardcore fans so it was a great sounds system full stage gig basically played to us... I have a few vids I'll try to upload.

I'm not sure what you mean, they're still actively touring.  Lead singer/guitarist is the same dude it's always been, Sean McVay.  Like I said, I *just* saw them at the Mint 400, which was epic.

Unfortunately they're rarely out on the West Coast.  KB is probably my top listen right now, I love the guitar tone (IIRC McVay built






IMHO right now the "Stoner Rock" genre has some of the best musicianship and song writing (and a complete lack of over-production and auto-tune) in music right now.
