Weekend Warrior Fifth Wheel Remodel

looks great! wish i had a 1/4 of your ability. i have a 2009 3505 that needs some work but i feel i would do more damage than fixing.

Forgot to take many photos of this past weekends progress. Roof is finished, Interior is just about wrapped up, and now I'm onto the exterior. Installed the new faucets, caulked all cabinets and trim, went back and sanded/repainted any drips or small blemishes, painted the trim, and installed the couch (forgot photos).

Finished wiring the winch and built a step to go over the top of it:

And started the sticker removal process. It is an unreasonable amount of work. 6 hours to do one side and it is a b*tch of a job.

I'll knock out the other side. Then buff, wax, and coat it

looking awesome!!

when i removed the stickers off my 2003 WW i used a hot water pressure washer and at an angle under the stickers they blew right off.

When can I drop off my Warrior? :)
Nice work!!!!!!

Alright, got it wrapped up enough for a vets trip. Still need linens, captains chairs, and a few Knick knacks, but I’m very happy with the way it turned out.

During:

After buffing, polishing and waxing. The stickers outline is still visible, so I will eventually go back and wet sand the whole side of it. But for now it’s fine.

I’d love to ceramic coat it next off season so I don’t have to do this again.

Interior is just about done. Eventually I’ll do a butcher block counter addition, redo the current counter tops, new sink, etc.

My new throne installed with a bidet. Very happy to have this. Must have in the dunes, or in general

Need to paint the bed frame, and put on the new linens. Will get that wrapped up in the next couple days

Car fits with tons of room to spare. Time to go!

This turned out amazing. Just the motivation I needed to get into my own project. Thanks for keeping this updated.

Awesome build, i love the trailer remodel builds
Me Too - besides atc 70s one of my absolute favorite. Its cool to see people take stuff that most others toss out and get rid of and really make something NICE out of it. That is a fantastic trailer for sure!
