busy for sure. first time i have been at the flag ceremony that was really awesome. we were way out in wash 16. sand highway was the worst i have ever been down. was out there the weekend before halloween and was doing 60 down sand highway, this weekend it was so beat up even slow riding sucked. out in the dunes didnt come across as many other groups as i thought with how busy it was. was out at olds saturday night like 9-10ish it was fun to just watch everything didnt see anything too crazy going on. sunday afternoon at the hill was nice not many people, but did see a couple rails get way too close to hitting each other. but it was HOT, felt like the last trip of the season not the beginning of the season. some people in our group left sunday morning about 9am said it took them an hour to get down wash road from 16. we left about 2:30, by then the washes were very tinned out, wash road was empty
little side note... was surprised at the amount of people i saw driving around in SxS with no helmet. we saw a few pulled over by rangers, one at the drags, driver and passager no helmet. maybe its the new people that dont know the laws.
had one ranger pass through wash 16 but didnt stop at our camp at all. only time i saw rangers was at the drags and by the dumpsters off wash road, when we were coming back from vendors early sat night.
