Did a little upgrade over the weekend.
I have been running the Rugged Radio handheld for years with the helmet kit. It has worked for the most part but the problem is, sometimes I'd forget to charge it or I get out of range and no one can hear me or I don't hear anyone, I get some static since I wasn't running an antenna, I couldn't listen to music, or talk to a passenger, blah blah blah.
Johnnie @Intro2Rhino hooked me up!
He and I have some back history...he bought my old Rhino and even a buddy of mine's rhino as well.
When I bought my Can Am in 2022, I ordered my front bulkhead kit from him.
Know that he has a shop and this is what he does, it was an easy call to see about a radio set-up.
He hooked me up and did the install.
He even reworked my 5150 Whip lights wiring, shortened the 300 ft of extra wires that comes with it LOL, cleaned up the connections and did a killer job on my PCI set-up!
Even bought a new pre-wired helmet from him for my wife.
Stoked...I just have to put my helmet kit in, but I took my helmet apart and I'm in the process of cleaning it before putting that in.
