OK, it ended up taking a couple months. But the dealer in Oregon was able to "re-call" the Cali reg attempt. And register it to my Washington Property. I received the plates about a week ago. Next time I am up in Washington I am going to get my license as well.

I assume you know you will have to pay WA State sales tax since you are registering it there? I live close to the border of OR and WA. Most people around here try to find a way to register in OR given OR has no sales tax.
